Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales
Maximum CTC: ₹50,000 Per Month
Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain an assigned portfolio of 200–300 existing GPay merchants.
Build strong relationships with merchants through regular field visits.
Drive merchant transactions and improve TPV (Total Payment Value).
Identify and reactivate inactive, declining, and low-performing merchants.
Resolve merchant issues related to UPI payments, QR codes, and payment devices.
Promote and sell value-added services such as Soundpod and Goldie.
Improve merchant engagement, retention, and transaction activity.
Update daily field visits, merchant details, and business performance in the NetOne application.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or merchant handling.
Experience in PhonePe, Paytm, BharatPe, GPay, UPI, QR, or Soundbox sales is preferred.
Good communication and merchant relationship management skills.
Must be comfortable with daily field visits.
Must have a smartphone and basic application knowledge.
Candidates familiar with Chennai or Patna markets are preferred.
