The key responsibilities of business development executives would be:

1. Inspection of customer homes/offices to understand scope of work.
2. Handle incoming enquiries through various stages till customer conversion.
3. Make outgoing calls.
4. Inspect ongoing works to ensure quality
5. Enter details in software.
6. Interact with cleaning technicians and operations teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
