Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, emails, networking, and market research.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
● Generate regular orders and act as a bridge between transporters and traffic POCs to ensure effective vehicle placement.
● Understand client requirements for FTL (Full Truck Load) orders.
● Negotiate payment terms (ATH & BTH) and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets.
● Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
