Job Description
The Real Estate Sales Executive is a front-facing, target-driven role responsible for driving revenue by managing inbound and outbound leads, conducting property consultations and site visits, negotiating terms, and closing sales deals. The executive must deliver a premium, consultative experience to clients while achieving monthly and quarterly sales
Client Consultation & Site Visits
· Conduct property presentations, explain project features, amenities, floor plans, pricing, payment plans, and legal approvals.
· Schedule and coordinate site visits, ensuring a well-organized, premium client experience.
· Address client objections professionally and provide tailored property recommendations.
