Main Tasks & Areas of Responsibility

:

collection system migration, Preparing BRDs and Complete the UAT testing, Preparation of Daily collection MIS, Legal MIS, Co-Ordinate with Call center team, Query Handling, liaise with respective application’s IT team to address existing IT issues to ensure timely delivery of MIS reports.
