Job Title: Female Bus Conductor / Bus Attendant (School Transport)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and attentive Female Bus Conductor/Attendant to ensure the safe transportation of school children. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising students during pickup, transit, and drop-off, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Safety & Supervision: Assist children while boarding and exiting the bus safely; ensure all students remain seated and wear seatbelts (if available) during the ride.
• Attendance & Verification: Take roll call during morning pickup and afternoon drop-off to ensure every child is accounted for and handed over to authorized parents/guardians.
• Behavior Management: Maintain a calm, friendly, and orderly environment inside the bus, preventing unsafe behavior or distractions to the driver.
• Parent & School Coordination: Communicate clearly with parents and school administration regarding timing updates, delays, or student concerns.
• Emergency Assistance: Provide immediate support during emergencies or medical situations and assist the driver with safe maneuvering or parking when necessary.

Key Requirements:

• Gender: Female (As per school safety and child protection guidelines)
• Education: 10th Pass or 12th Pass preferred
• Experience: Prior experience as a school bus attendant, caregiver, or nanny is preferred (Freshers with good interpersonal skills are welcome)
• Skills: Strong communication, patience, child care management, and emergency response awareness
