Job Description
- Conduct quick bike & car surveys and collect vehicle-related data on the service application.- Execute pickups of documents or small vehicle parts.- Ensure data accuracy and timely task completion- Diagnose vehicle issues and conduct minor roadside repairs (Jumpstart, Flat tyre replacement, Fuel Delivery, Duplicate Key delivery etc.)- Ensure proper handling of non-functional vehicles.- Provide excellent customer service and manage repair documentation."
