Job Description

Job Description – Bakery Production Staff


We are looking for Bakery Production Staff to handle all day-to-day bakery and dessert production, including ingredient preparation, dough and cake batter preparation, cream and dessert preparation, baking, assembly, tub filling and packing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow standard recipes and production procedures.
  • Prepare, bake, assemble and pack bakery and dessert products.
  • Maintain consistency in quality, weight and presentation.
  • Follow daily production plans and hygiene standards.
  • Record production, wastage and mistakes.
  • Keep the production area and equipment clean and organized.
  • Work with the team to complete daily production targets.
