Job Description
The employee will act as a central coordination and follow-up point, ensuring that:
Task Assigned → Documentation Received → Approval Obtained → Payment/Action Initiated → Follow-Up Completed → Status Updated → Closure Confirmed → Management Reported
The role requires ownership, discipline and consistent follow-through. Every important activity should have a clear status, responsible person, expected completion date and documented follow-up.
The ultimate objective is to provide management with accurate information, timely reminders, clear reporting and assurance that backend operational, financial and administrative activities are being systematically monitored until completion.
