Automotive Technician

We are looking for an experienced Senior Automotive Technician to join our premium multi-brand car service center.

The ideal candidate should have strong diagnostic skills, be capable of handling major repairs independently, and guide junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and suspension issues.
• Handle engine, transmission, brake, steering, suspension, and cooling system repairs.
• Perform periodic maintenance and major services.
• Use diagnostic scanners to identify faults and troubleshoot effectively.
• Ensure repairs are completed with high quality and within the committed time.
• Inspect vehicles and prepare technical reports.
• Test drive vehicles before and after repairs when required.
• Guide and train junior technicians.
• Maintain cleanliness and workshop discipline and follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the service advisor for repair updates and additional work recommendations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in an automobile workshop.
• Experience with premium/German brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda, Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, or other multi-brand vehicles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engine, suspension, electrical, and diagnostic systems.
• Ability to use automotive diagnostic tools and scanners.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
