Customer Reception & Consultation

Greet walk-in customers and understand vehicle complaint clearly

Vehicle inspection with customer - note scratches, accessories, kms

Explain required service, parts, labour, and time needed in simple language

Create Job Card in DMS with all details

Job Coordination

Handover vehicle and job card to Floor Incharge/Technician

Follow up with workshop for job status and TAT

Inform customer about additional jobs found during service with cost approval

Coordinate with Spare Parts for part availability

Billing & Delivery

Prepare final bill - Labour, Spares, AMC, RSA, Accessories

Explain bill to customer and take approval

Vehicle delivery with proper explanation of work done

Collect feedback and ensure CSI - Customer Satisfaction Index

Business & Admin

Achieve monthly targets: Labour, Spares, AMC

Drive service retention - book next service and follow-up calls

Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally

Update CRM/DMS daily - Enquiries, Job cards, Delivery, Follow-ups
