Automation Engineer
Job Title: QA Automation Lead
Experience: 6+ Years
Job Description: • Lead QA automation efforts and mentor team members while driving continuous improvement • Analyze software requirements, specifications, and designs to provide effective feedback • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts • Work with CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless testing and deployment • Perform white-box and black-box testing in Agile environments • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables Required Skills: • 6+ years of experience in QA automation and framework development , with 3+ years in a leadership role • Hands-on experience with test automation tools and scripting languages • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Travis, Jenkins) • Strong knowledge of Agile SDLC and QA methodologies • Experience with TestRail, Jira, Selenium, JMeter, BlazeMeter, or Testim • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST APIs) • Experience with SQL databases and familiarity with NoSQL databasesExperience Level
