Job Description
- Consult with technicians regarding vehicle repairs and recommend suitable service solutions to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries related to service outcomes, repair timelines, and vehicle delivery schedules.
- Schedule and manage service appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pick-ups.
- Provide customers with information on warranties, cost-saving options, and value-added services.
- Coordinate with service technicians and ensure required parts are available on time.
- Manage service workflow and maintain timely vehicle delivery.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by clearly explaining the services performed and associated costs.
- Maintain effective communication between customers and the service team.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of automotive products and services.
- Use industry-specific software and tools efficiently.
- Support branch sales and service targets through effective customer engagement.
- Identify opportunities for additional sales and service conversions.
