Job Description
Manage end-to-end cloud kitchen operations.
Ensure timely order preparation and dispatch.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, FSSAI, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and procurement.
Control food cost, wastage, and labour cost.
Coordinate with delivery partners (Swiggy, Zomato, EatSure, etc.).
Resolve customer complaints and delivery-related issues.
Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
Monitor daily sales, order volume, and operational KPIs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained.
Support new kitchen launches and process improvements.
