Job Description
- Lead and supervise collection executives, team leaders, and recovery staff.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets assigned by the management.
- Monitor daily collection activities and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze portfolio performance and implement recovery strategies.
- Handle high-value delinquent accounts and negotiate settlements.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and clients regarding recovery performance.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and field productivity.
- Resolve customer escalations professionally.
- Develop action plans to improve team performance and recovery rates.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of collection activities.
