Assistant Engineering Manager - HVAC Design

              SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)

To develop HVAC designs ensuring energy efficiency, comfort, and system reliability through optimized design solutions.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

  Perform heat load calculations, duct sizing, and equipment selection.

  Prepare schematic layouts, BOQs, and technical submittals.

  Coordinate with electrical and architectural teams for routing.

  Review vendor data and support commissioning documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical) with 5–8 years in HVAC design.

Language Skills

• Proficient in English and local language for on-site coordination

• 5–8 years

Nature of Ex.

• Experience with HAP, TRACE, and AutoCAD/Revit.
