Ricardo Elevators, from the house of L.T. Elevator Limited, is looking for dynamic and result-oriented candidates to join our growing Sales Team across.

Key Responsibilities

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities and develop potential customers.
• Identify and approach builders, architects, consultants, contractors and real estate developers.
• Promote residential and passenger elevator solutions.
• Conduct regular client meetings and site visits.
• Generate leads through field visits, references and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams to understand customer requirements.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals and ongoing sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.

• 1–4 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in B2B sales, real estate, construction, infrastructure, building materials or elevator industry will be preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Strong customer relationship and lead-generation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
