Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager with strong experience in Business Loans within the NBFC/BFSI sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing sales teams, developing channel partnerships, and achieving business loan disbursement targets across the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and sourcing of Business Loan product.
  • Manage and lead a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned geography.
  • Ensure high-quality customer acquisition and portfolio growth.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify potential business segments.
  • Monitor team productivity, pipeline management, and conversion ratios.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Handle customer escalations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare MIS reports and provide regular sales updates to management.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Business Loans and NBFC operations.
  • Excellent team handling and leadership skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in Business Loan sales within NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Institutions.
  • Proven track record in team management and target achievement.
