Area Sales Manager

An Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales teams, developing business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory or region.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly and yearly sales targets for the assigned area
• Manage and guide sales executives, relationship managers, and telecallers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Monitor team performance and provide regular training and support
• Ensure proper follow-up and closure of leads/cases
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and market analysis reports
• Coordinate with operations and credit teams for smooth processing
• Conduct field visits and customer meetings regularly
• Handle customer escalations and maintain service quality
