Application Support Engineer - Channel| Chennai

To provide APIs support interfacing with Channels and Payments applications. Manage incident and service request as lodged on ITSM tool. Manage drills

Assisting the Application Support team on APIs.
Working on bug fixes.
• Hands on APIs support
•  Oracle PL/SQL or MS-SQL, Windows/Linux hands on experience
• Coordinating with third party vendors and other application owners as and when needed
• Operational checks (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) as per the IT process guidelines
• Publish weekly/Monthly/Ad-hoc reports as per business need
• Review incidents report, lever to bring automation
• Review SOP, User Manuals as per need
• Experience in working with hybrid team
• Look to Identify application vulnerability and involve security team/vendor to address

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
