The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to drive innovation and oversee the progress of projects, fostering an environment that supports continuous improvement and adoption of AI technologies across multiple domains.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development of strategic frameworks to support AI transformation efforts.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their capabilities and ensure successful project delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong expertise in managing and optimizing plant maintenance processes using SAP solutions.
- Experience in integrating AI-driven approaches within maintenance and operational workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement technology-driven improvements.
