Summary:
As an AI Transformation Practitioner, a typical day involves envisioning and steering the strategic direction of artificial intelligence initiatives within the organization. This role requires leading the planning and execution phases of AI transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to drive innovation and operational improvements, while continuously monitoring progress and adapting strategies to meet evolving needs. The position demands a proactive approach to managing complex projects and fostering a culture of technological advancement across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of AI transformation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization and project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong knowledge of natural language processing techniques and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Experience with AI model deployment and integration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets to inform AI strategy and improve model performance.
- Familiarity with software development practices and tools relevant to AI and machine learning projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative AI-driven solutions.
