Job Description

  • ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding overseas education and MBBS opportunities.
  • Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
  • Understand student profiles and recommend suitable universities/courses.
  • Follow up with hot, warm and pending leads regularly.
  • Convert enquiries into applications and admissions.
  • Explain fees, admission requirements, documentation and process.
  • Coordinate with the admission/processing team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM/lead records and daily follow-up reports.
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly admission targets.
  • Participate in seminars, events and promotional activities.
