Acquisition Manager

Job Summary:

The Premium Acquisition Manager is responsible for acquiring New-to-Bank (NTB) affluent and HNI customers by sourcing high-value Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and Term Deposits. The role focuses on relationship building, portfolio growth, cross-selling banking products, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving business targets. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire affluent and HNI customers for Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and Fixed Deposits.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through referrals, networking, and market mapping.
• Source New-to-Bank (NTB) premium customers and ensure quality customer onboarding.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and drive portfolio growth.
• Cross-sell wealth, insurance, investment, forex, and other banking products.
• Generate business through customer references, corporate connects, and local market activities.
• Deliver superior customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly acquisition, balance, revenue, and cross-sell targets.
• Maintain complete compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
