Job Description

Job Description – Accounts Executive

  • Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
  • Handle invoices, bills, payments, and receipts.
  • Manage bank reconciliation and basic bookkeeping.
  • Prepare reports and assist with GST/TDS-related activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments.
  • Maintain accurate records and supporting documents.
  • Assist the senior accounts team with day-to-day accounting tasks.

Skills: Basic accounting knowledge, Tally/Excel, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
