JOB OPENING: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (REAL ESTATE) 🚨


💼 Position: Account Executive – Real Estate (Real Estate Industry experience must)

⏳ Experience: 4+ Years

🛠️ Key Skills: Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime) | MS Excel | Bank Reconciliation | Ledger Scrutiny & Invoicing


📍 Location: Alwarpet, Chennai 💰 Salary: Up to ₹50,000 / month


📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Day-to-Day Accounting: Maintain and update accounting records using Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime).
  • Financial Entries: Handle entries for purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconciliations & Scrutiny: Assist in bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
  • Invoicing & Reporting: Support in the preparation of invoices and basic financial reports.
  • Documentation: Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Operations & Audits: Coordinate with internal teams, visit banks for operations, and coordinate with auditors for regular statutory works.
