Job Description

  • Enter daily diesel payments accurately.
  • Handle supplier and other company payments.
  • Collect bills and invoices from drivers, vendors, and staff.
  • Maintain proper records of all bills and payments.
  • Update daily expenses in the accounting system (Tally/Excel).
  • Coordinate with management for payment approvals.
  • Keep all financial documents organized and up to date.
  • Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
  • Good organization and attention to detail.
  • Honest, responsible, and punctual.
  • Previous accounting experience is preferred but not mandatory.
