Key Responsibilities:

 Maintain traditional manual accounting books and daily sales/purchase registers with clean handwriting.

 Accurately enter and update all daily transactions, cash receipts, and customer balances into MS Excel.

 Help manage basic daily billing and track customer payment statuses.

 Assist in keeping transaction records organized for tax reporting.

What We Are Looking For:

 A basic educational background in commerce (B.Com / M.Com or similar accounts knowledge).

 Decent knowledge of MS Excel and good manual handwriting skills for ledger writing.

 High levels of honesty, reliability, and attention to detail.

 A strong willingness to learn trading operations and stay with us for the long run.
