Job Description

Accounts Executive – Receivables & PayablesWe are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive, preferably a fresher, to join our team.

Key Responsibility:

The primary responsibility is to track and recover outstanding customer payments and maintain proper records of receivables and payables.

  • Follow up with customers for pending payments.
  • Maintain customer-wise outstanding and collection records.
  • Track supplier/vendor payables and due dates.
  • Make basic entries in Tally.
  • Maintain basic accounts and Excel records.
  • Report overdue payments and collection issues to management.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Tally/Tally Prime knowledge.
  • Basic Excel/computer knowledge.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Willingness to speak to customers regarding pending payments.
  • Freshers are welcome.

Working Hours10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

10-hour shift

1 weekly off
