Working Hours

  • 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Record cash, card, UPI, and bank transfer transactions.
  • Generate accurate GST invoices and customer bills.
  • Reconcile daily cash collections, bank statements, and cash drawers.
  • Maintain general ledgers, journals, and daybooks.
  • Monitor inventory records and stock movements.
  • Verify physical stock with system inventory during stock audits.
  • Record old gold exchange values, melting charges, and making charges.
  • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns.
  • Manage TDS compliance and vendor payments.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
  • Ensure accurate financial records and statutory compliance
