Account Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle financial records accurately and confidentially.

• Enter and maintain accounting data in Tally.
• Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
• Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
• Maintain petty cash records and expense statements.
• Process employee reimbursements and support payroll-related activities.
• Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents before accounting entries.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual account closing activities.
• Organize and maintain financial files, records, and documentation.
• Prepare MIS reports and account summaries as directed by management
