Accommodation

The Front Office Executive is responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures, handling reservations, addressing guest queries, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.

Communication

• Answer incoming calls within three rings.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security for guest requirements.
• Escalate major guest issues to the Hotel Manager immediately.

Documentation

• Verify guest ID proof as per government regulations.
• Complete C-Form/FRRO documentation for foreign guests (if applicable).
• Maintain guest registration records.
• Prepare daily occupancy and arrival/departure reports.

Guest Feedback

• Request guest feedback during checkout.
• Encourage guests to post Google and OTA reviews.
• Record complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• PMS knowledge (preferred).
• MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good telephone etiquette.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Time management.
• Professional grooming and appearance.
