• Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective students through phone calls and explain our training programs.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
• Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Schedule counselling sessions and assist with the admission process.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team to ensure smooth enrollments.
• Achieve individual and team performance goals while maintaining excellent customer service.
• RequirementsAny Graduate or Diploma holder.
• 0–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Support, Education Counselling, or a related field.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
