💼 Job Role Tamil Voice Process – Academic Counsellor

• Key ResponsibilitiesGuide students and parents about academic programs over phone calls.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up with prospective students and assist them through the admission process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
• Achieve admission and counselling targets while delivering excellent customer service.

• Good communication skills in Tamil.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Passion for counselling, sales, and customer interaction.
