1.Operate and set up conventional and Conventional lathe machines.

2. Perform precision turning, facing, drilling, boring, threading, and other machining operations.

3. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

4. Ensure accuracy of machined parts using measuring instruments

5. Perform routine maintenance of lathe machines to ensure efficiency and safety.

6. Handle job work related to thermal spray / coating preparation (surface preparation, finishing).

7. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to achieve required tolerances.

8. Maintain production records, job sheets, and quality reports.

9. Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

10. Maintain production records and report daily activities to the supervisor.

11. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
