Job Title: Real Estate Sales Telecaller

Location: Valasaravakkam, Chennai

Experience Required: 1–2 years in Telecalling / Real Estate Sales / Customer Handling

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 Fixed salary per month + Incentives

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Telecaller to join our team in Valasaravakkam. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or real estate sales and should be confident in communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Explain project details, features, pricing, and benefits to prospective buyers.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule property site visits.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain customer details and call records.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups and site visits.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, real estate sales, or customer handling.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience maintaining customer records.
• Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude
• Prior experience in real estate lead generation will be an added advantage.
