Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, following up with prospective customers, scheduling site visits, and converting inquiries into construction projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall prospective customers from company-generated leads.
• Explain home construction, renovation, and interior services.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Schedule client meetings and site visits for the sales team.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers.
• Maintain customer information in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily calling and monthly lead conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and project teams.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
• RequirementsGood communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in tele calling, real estate, construction, or customer service is preferred.
• Preferred SkillsCustomer relationship management.
