Telecaller


Location: Chennai


Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate interest in our products and services.
  • Explain our digital marketing services clearly to prospective clients.
  • Pitch our services and schedule appointments for the Business Development team.
  • Conduct cold calls and follow up with interested leads.
  • Maintain accurate call records, client details, and lead information in the system.
  • Handle client queries professionally and provide the required information.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
  • Coordinate with the Business Development team for lead conversion and appointment management.
  • Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
  • RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Customer Handling.
  • Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 + Attractive Incentives
