About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves speaking with customers over the phone, understanding their needs and providing financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through calls.
• Explain Health and Life Insurance products.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain customer records and update call status.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers can apply; training will be provided.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or insurance sales is an advantage.
