Telecaller - Hindi

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Telecaller(HINDI) to support candidate sourcing, labour supply coordination, and vendor management for LabourHome India. The candidate will coordinate with recruitment vendors, labour contractors, and job seekers to fulfil workforce requirements for domestic and overseas projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to source candidates and identify suitable labour suppliers.
• Contact labour contractors, manpower agencies, and recruitment vendors to build a reliable vendor network.
• Coordinate with vendors for candidate profiles, labour availability, and workforce requirements.
• Follow up with candidates and vendors regarding interviews, documentation, and deployment.
• Maintain vendor databases, candidate records, and daily calling reports.
• Explain job requirements, salary details, and employment conditions to prospective candidates.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfil urgent manpower requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and candidates.
• Update sourcing progress, follow-ups, and recruitment status in Excel or internal systems.

Candidate RequirementsQualification:

• Any degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling, recruitment sourcing, vendor coordination, or manpower supply.
• Good communication(HINDI) and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and data entry.
• Ability to handle outbound calls and regular follow-ups.
• Knowledge of labour contractors, staffing agencies, or recruitment processes will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
