Telecaller

Responsibilities:

• Call incoming leads from online ads, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Explain services briefly and fix appointments for counsellors.
• Maintain call records, follow-up logs, and lead status in CRM.
• Handle basic queries on phone and forward potential clients to senior staff.
• Manage front desk responsibilities like client greetings and walk-in registrations.
• Provide daily call reports and updates to branch manager.

Qualifications:

• Any DegreeExperience of 6 months – 1 year in tele calling preferred.
• Good communication in English, Tamil, and Hindi (optional).
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
