Eligibilty for the Job Position

1. Make effective outbound calls to the customers.
2. Explain about the terms clearly and professionally.
3. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
4. Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
5. Generate leads and convert them into successful sales opportunities.
6. Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
7. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details.
8. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
9. Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth customer service.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
11. Follow company guidelines and maintain professional communication at all times.
12. Candidates should have strong telecalling, sales, customer handling, and communication skills.
13. Candidates With good proficiency either in Telugu or Malayalam along with Tamil are preferable.

Note: Candidates with experience in the Insurance, Real Estate, Pharma are preferred.
