Job Title: Collection Caller (Voice Process)
Company: AMS Comtel BPMS Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls for credit card payment collections.
- Follow up with customers on overdue payments.
- Negotiate payment commitments.
- Update call records in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Requirements:
- HSC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willing to work in a target-based environment.
