We focus on providing innovative products and efficient service support to the transport and electronics sectors through our skilled technical and coordination teams.

Job Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Manager who understands deep embedded software logic and can lead our engineering team.

You will bridge the gap between hardware design and firmware execution to deliver robust automotive products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of embedded software/firmware engineers.

Conduct rigorous code reviews (C/C++) and complete the firmware testing with demo products

Guide the team through complex debugging, hardware-software integration, and troubleshooting using codes

Coordinate with production and field service teams to ensure smooth product deployment and technical support.

Requirements:

Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Embedded C/C++, microcontrollers, and communication protocols (CAN, I2C, SPI, RS485, TCP/IP).

Leadership: 3+ years of experience managing an agile engineering team.

Education: B. E / B.Tech / MTech in ECE, EEE, or related fields.
