Job Description
Job Title: Social Worker – MSW
We are looking for a compassionate and responsible MSW (Master of Social Work) graduate to join our NGO. The candidate will be involved in supporting children, elderly people, and vulnerable individuals under our care. The role includes counselling support, case management, documentation, community outreach, coordinating activities, and assisting with the day-to-day welfare and development of beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide social and emotional support to beneficiaries
• Conduct basic counselling and individual interactions
• Maintain case records, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with staff, caregivers, and other professionals
• Organize welfare and awareness activities
• Conduct community outreach and field visits when required
• Monitor and support the overall well-being of beneficiaries
Requirements:
• Master of Social Work (MSW) qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and responsible attitude
• Basic documentation and report-writing skills
• Ability to work with children, elderly people, and vulnerable communities
