Site Civil Engineer

Position: Site Civil Engineer

Department: Civil / Construction

Reporting To: Site Supervisor

Location: Project Site In Nanganallur & Adambakkam

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.

2. Execute construction work as, specifications, and project schedule.

3. Coordinate with contractors,workers.

4. Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.

5. Monitor reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, and other civil works.

6. Ensure proper measurements and maintain site measurement records.

7. Prepare daily progress reports and update project status to the Project Manager.

8. Coordinate with consultants and resolve technical/site-related issues.

9. Ensure construction activities are carried out safely and according to approved procedures.

10. Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the stores/procurement team.

12. Maintain site records, drawings, inspection reports, and other project documents.

13. Identify construction issues and provide suitable technical solutions.

14. Ensure compliance with applicable construction standards and safety requirements.
