SEO Specialist
Experience: 2–4+ years
Core Requirements
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page and technical SEO.
- Experience performing keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Ability to develop SEO strategies for real estate/property-related searches.
- Experience optimizing landing pages and project websites.
- Experience in executing Ads (in Meta & Google) and their keyword research.
- Strong understanding of Google Search Console and GA4.
- Ability to perform technical SEO audits.
- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Ability to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, qualified organic enquiries & build high-quality backlinks.
- Familiarity with AI search visibility AEO & GEO concepts.
