Senior HR Recruiter

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter responsible for end-to-end field hiring and reducing employee attrition. The role involves sourcing frontline/field workforce, ensuring quick closures, and implementing strategies to improve retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Hiring:

· Manage bulk and field recruitment (Pharmacist, Pharma Aide, CSA & delivery staff, etc.)

· Source candidates through job portals, field visits, walk-ins, Job Drives, Campus Drive, referrals.

· Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with Operation managers

· Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT

· Maintain a strong pipeline of field candidates

Attrition Control:

· Track and analyze daily/weekly attrition reports 

· Conduct exit interviews and identify key reasons for attrition

· Partner with operations to implement retention strategies 

· Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction at field level

· Support onboarding and ensure smooth joining experience

Coordination & Reporting:

· Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports

· Collaborate with operations and HR team

· Ensure proper documentation and onboarding compliance

Key Skills Required:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to handle bulk hiring under pressure 

· Good understanding of attrition metrics and retention strategies 

· Data tracking and reporting skills (Excel/MIS)

· Problem-solving and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications:

· MBA

· Experience in field recruitment / blue-collar hiring preferred

· Offer-to-joining ratio

· Monthly attrition rate

· Hiring target achievement
