 JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Development Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end real estate development activities including land acquisition, project planning, statutory approvals, infrastructure development, budgeting, and project execution.

The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements while maximizing business profitability. KEYS OF ROLES AND RESPONDSBILITIES:

• Identify business development opportunities. 

• Manage project planning, and development activities.

 • Coordinate with landowners, consultants, and government authorities. 

• Support sales and marketing teams to achieve project targets.

 • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per regulations. Scope of Work
