Position: SALES TEAM LEAD – RECRUITMENT

Experience: 4–6 Years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for achieving monthly recruitment targets.
• Lead, motivate and manage the recruitment team effectively.
• Assign roles and daily tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor individual and team performance against monthly targets.
• Follow up regularly and ensure team members complete their recruitment targets.
• Ensure all assigned vacancies are fulfilled within the given timeline.
• Conduct regular team reviews and guide team members to improve performance.
• Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Prepare and report daily/weekly/monthly recruitment progress to management.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in sales - recruitment/team leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.
• Target-oriented and able to handle monthly recruitment targets.
• Ability to motivate, monitor and drive team members to achieve results.
• Strong follow-up and decision-making skills.
• Experience in team handling and recruitment is mandatory.
